Singular and Serial

This upcoming exhibition curated by myself and Catherine Kernan of Mixit Studios in Somerville, MA features printmakers working in monoprint and monotype from some of the prominent Open Access Print Studios in New England. Studios represented are Center for Contemporary Printmaking in CT, Two Rivers Printmaking in VT, Mixit, Full Tilt, Shepard & Maudsleigh, and Zea Mays from MA, Peregrine Press, Circling the Square, Pickwick Independent Press and Running With Scissors from ME. Opening reception is Thursday, May 18th from 5-7pm at Cove Street Arts, 71 Cove Street, Portland, ME

This is the second Singular and Serial exhibit at Cove Street Arts, inspired by the book Singular and Serial, Contemporary Monotype and Monoprint, published in 2019.
